Return Information

Before returning an item, you must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA will be refused.

Returns will be credited less a 25% restocking fee. However, items that are not as advertised or are defective will receive a full refund.

No returns will be authorized more than five (5) days after receipt.

Refunds to your credit card will be issued by RGUNS. If chargebacks are used for purposes of achieving a refund without authorization from RGUNS, RGUNS reserves the right to pursue all legal means to collect delinquent funds. Additionally, purchasers who engage in unauthorized chargebacks agree by virtue of the purchase to reimburse RGUNS for all expenses associated with collection of delinquent funds.

Shipping costs are not refunded for returned items.
