Warranty Information

RGUNS offers a lifetime warranty on all RGUNS manufactured products. If you find an issue with a product you have purchased from us, we will repair or replace the item (at RGUNS’ discretion) to ensure that it is returned to the original specification, with no charge for parts and labor to the original purchaser.

Accidental damage is not covered.

Modification to the products will void this warranty, as will the user of steel cased or non-factory ammunition.

Rifles submitted for repairs that are not covered under this warranty will be repaired at a labor rate of $60.00 per hour charged in 15 minute increments. Shipping on non-warranty repaired rifles will be billed to the customer.
